Crab Rangoon (Baked)
Baked crab rangoon appetizers made with imitation crab, cream cheese, and mayo.

Ingredients
- 8oz imitation crab or 1 can crabmeat or imitationcrd
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. Mayo
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. sliced gr. onion
- 1 pkg square wonton wrappers (Pasta wrap - Produce section)
Instructions
- Cream together crab, mayo, cr. cheese + gr. onion.
- Carefully put wonton wrappers in muffin tin to form 'cup'.
- Place approx 1 tsp crabmeat mixture in each 'cup'.
- Bake in 350° oven for 15-18 min. or until wrapper
