Crab Rangoon (Baked)

Baked crab rangoon appetizers made with imitation crab, cream cheese, and mayo.

Ingredients

  • 8oz imitation crab or 1 can crabmeat or imitationcrd
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c. Mayo
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c. sliced gr. onion
  • 1 pkg square wonton wrappers (Pasta wrap - Produce section)

Instructions

  1. Cream together crab, mayo, cr. cheese + gr. onion.
  2. Carefully put wonton wrappers in muffin tin to form 'cup'.
  3. Place approx 1 tsp crabmeat mixture in each 'cup'.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 15-18 min. or until wrapper
