Ingredients

  • 2 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp. skim milk
  • 2 tbsp green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped radish

Instructions

  1. Beat cottage cheese with milk in blender, till real creamy
  2. Stir in rest of ingredients & chill 1 hr.

  • Serves:
  • Suggested seasoning: Dry soup mix or ranch dressing mix
