Sausage Souffle

A savory casserole made with sausage, bread, cheddar cheese, milk, and mushroom soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb link sausage
  • 8 slices bread cubed
  • 3/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Fry sausage and drain
  2. Cube bread slices
  3. Arrange sausage on bread
  4. Combine beaten mixture with milk and soup
  5. Pour on mixture and let sit overnight
  6. Bake @ 350° for 1½ hrs
  7. Or until knife moistened comes out clean
