Sausage Souffle
A savory casserole made with sausage, bread, cheddar cheese, milk, and mushroom soup.

Ingredients
- 1 lb link sausage
- 8 slices bread cubed
- 3/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
Instructions
- Fry sausage and drain
- Cube bread slices
- Arrange sausage on bread
- Combine beaten mixture with milk and soup
- Pour on mixture and let sit overnight
- Bake @ 350° for 1½ hrs
- Or until knife moistened comes out clean
